How do we hold and protect the aliveness of our Dream, … while facing and progressing through the remaining tar-pit?

Queen Elizabeth’s death has garnered a spectrum of feelings around the world about her life, legacy and the colonial history of the British monarchy.

I’m inspired to share this musing which relates to the culture and politics through which we are re-creating our personal/collective Dream.

The complexity of relationship and history can seem fixed. But then over time we realize the truth about it which eventually surfaces. Our response can call for simple celebration of what is pure, along with the realization of what is destructive and needs to be corrected. This then enables the transformation process generated by restitution.

The indigenous cultures demonstrate how the re-birthing process is natural and can be ecstatic. But can we even imagine this?

Our civilization is yet struggling with the re-birthing process as only being messy and painful.

Yet we are moving forward. We may still be in the tar-pit, but look at the ways we’ve been moving forward over the last century and decades.

Today we envision and pray the tensions, we are now personally/collectively experiencing, will motivate us to a territory enabling the awareness, intelligence and compassion to create and live the Dream that is calling all of us ... one step at a time.

How do we hold and protect the aliveness of our Dream, while facing and progressing through the remaining tar-pit?

  • We are doing it because we have to.

  • Our commitment enables the potential to realize and align the pieces of the puzzle, which guides the way.
